There are programs in Arts, Commerce, Science, Computer Applications, Education, Journalism and Mass Communication, Law, Management etc offered at Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya (MGAHV), Wardha The requirement for admission also differs from one department to another. For BA, BCom and BSc students must have completed 12th or equivalent examination and must have scored around 45-50% marks. For BCA, the candidate should have 12th with Mathematics. For BEd, BA/BSc along with BEd is needed: Anyone with a graduate degree can apply for LLB. For MBA, graduates with at least 50% can apply. Some of the entrance examinations accepted are MHT CET, MHCET, MGAHVMET etc. 

The University teaches courses such as BA Hindi Literature, Functional Hindi, Translation, MA Hindi Literature, Linguistics, MCom, BCom, BBA, MBA, BCA, BSc Computer Science, Biotechnology, BEd, MEd, BA LLB, LLM, PhD, PG Diploma and others. Some of the major examinations are MGAHVMET which is at university level for admission, MHT CET for professional courses and MHCET for MBA and MCA. They note that the application process begins in May in each year. They are held in May-July as per schedule released for the exams. Counselling is conducted in July-August for the provisional admissions. Classes commence from August. The University releases the admission brochure for the next academic session 2024-25 containing the details of the programs offered, eligibility criteria, exams pattern, fee structure and the admission procedure.

It is located at Wardha, Maharashtra and provides various Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses of study. It is essential to note that students can apply for admission through the online process or the traditional one.

To apply online visit on the official website hindivishwa.org. Navigate to the ‘Admissions’ section of the website, and choose the right program of study. Complete the application form diligently and attach only scanned copies of documents as prescribed. Fill the application fee using net banking/debit card/credit card while filling the application form. It is also important to note that a printout of the completed form should be taken for future use. 

To apply for admission offline, the prospectus and application form can be requested by post or collected in person from the university. Complete the relevant parts, enclose certified true copies of documents and forward to the Registrar at the above address NOT LATER THAN. In the case of cash payment, it can be done for students once the provisional admission is offered. The intimation letter and identity card will be posted to the can. The admission will be finalized after verification of documents at the time of commencement of the session.

- To join B.Ed programs in India, candidates are generally required to appear for their graduation examination (BA, BSc etc) with a minimum percentage of marks.

- The university may conduct an entrance examination to assess the aptitude of the candidates in teaching skills, knowledge of the subjects to be taught, communication skills etc. 

- The undergraduate exams, if any, and the entrance test, if applicable, may be considered to prepare the selection/merit list of candidates.
