Rayat Bahra Patiala Campus in Patiala had numerous courses for students from different streams. The eligibility differs from course to course – while a BTech candidate needs pass in 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 60% aggregate, for BBA/MBA, the candidate should have minimum 50% marks in 12th, for Bachelor of Arts/ Master of Arts, the candidate should pass 12th standard with minimum 45% aggregate. It accepts the score cards of other national level entrance exams such as JEE Main, CAT, MAT, CMAT/UG. The streams in which the courses are provided are Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, Physical Education, Applied Science & Agriculture, Education, Languages, Mass Communication.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Identification Documents: Aadhaar card, voter Id, PAN card, driving license, passport.
2. Previous Academic Certificates: Pass certificate of 10th and 12th class from recognized board/board examination certificate.
3. Marksheets: Detailed marks of the students in their 10th and 12th examination indicating subjects and marks obtained.
4. Recent Photographs: 4-6 latest colored photographs for the forms and ID card.
5. Proof of Residence: Ration card electricity bill Voter ID Rent Agreement.
1. Even special qualifications requirements such as 10+2 pass with minimum 45% marks need to be checked.
2. Prospectus and the admission forms can be got from the college office or directly from the college website.
3. Provide information and documents in the admission form that is required for admission to a particular course.
4. Tuition fee and admission deposit as stated in the prospectus or the brochure.
5. Present counselling session at date and time as agreed during the appointment.
6. Receive the confirmation after the check up of the documents and the merit of the students.

1. Make sure you meet all the requirements, and subjects taken in the 12th standard, minimum percentage with respect to the B.Sc program you are applying for.
2. Get the online application form from the college website and has to fill in all the personal/academic particulars up to the last date specified.
3. Those who are shortlisted should fill this form in print and attach the required documents while dropping in college administrative block.
4. To attend counseling based on merit, based on the date and time provided to the student if he has been selected.
5. Final processes of admission should be made by paying fees and submitting any other necessary documents within the given time span after counseling.
6. Take enrollment number and verify admission by cross-checking the information on the merit list displayed on the college notice board or college’s official website.
1. The application is accepted in online or offline mode with the 10+2 marks, JEE score before the last date in May.
2. Candidates who have been selected for the second list were called for counselling in accordance with merit and the state’s reservation policy.
3. Pre-counselling carried out in three sessions usually in June and July to assign the seats
4. Admission fee and document verification is done after the allotment of seats is confirmed.
5. Final admission granted after confirmation of documents and fees being tendered by the students.
