University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore (UASB) is affiliated to various faculties and offers several degree courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level in disciplines like Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Food Science, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Agriculture Engineering, Dairy Science, Fisheries Science and more. Eligibility criteria differs from department to department- For BSc Agriculture candidates having Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Maths at 12th standard with minimum 50% marks at recognized board. Some of the College Accepting Entrance Tests include CET, COMEDK, ICAR.
UASB provides BSc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Food Science & Technology streams and two-year masters degrees such as MSc Agriculture, MSc horticulture, MBA in Agribusiness, 3 year programmes include BTech Food processing and Technology, BTech Agriculture Engineering. UG programmes and some PG programmes admission is through CET/COMEDK examinations and counseling, some other PG programmes admission through entrance test and interview.

Documents Required for Admission in UAS Bangalore for Different Courses:
1. Academic qualification - Genuinely, the candidate should possess a B.Sc degree in agriculture or any allied field with at least 50% marks.
2. Online only – Each of the candidates has to complete the online application form either by creating it afresh or updating their previous details within the given period to the openings.
3. Legal and Application fee - While filling the form, they have to pay an application fee online.
4. University level entrance examination – The applicants who successfully attain the merit of the university will have to write a university level entrance examination to be taken at various centers.
5. Counseling – According to the scores in the entrance test and policies of reservation; the candidates will be called for the counseling in the order of their choice Rank/Merit.
6. This is the final step where candidates will be given an opportunity to join the particular M.Sc program specialization after producing documents to match the given seat and fees.

1. Candidates can apply online or offline for CET engineering exam for admission through Karnataka Examinations Authority.
2. Eligibility criteria – minimum 60% aggregate in PCM in 12th standard exams. Students of the reserve category get 5% of marks relaxation.
3. Attend as per ranks in KCET counselling and then pay specific admission fees to confirm seat. Right to select the college and branch of one’s own choice.
4. Upload scans – 10th and 12th standard marksheets, CET scorecard, caste and income certificate if any other.
