LPUNEST (LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY NATIONAL ENTRANCE AND SCHOLARSHIP TEST) is the entry test for university level and it is conducted by LPU (Lovely Professional University), which can be found in Jalandhar city of Punjab. it is conducted on an annual basis to select the best candidates for undergraduate and graduate studies across different fields and departments such as engineering, business administration, hotel management, fashion industry and agriculture etc.
One of the technique used for assessing the aptitude and English Proficiency of the candidates is through multiple choice questions. Another reason is that some courses would also require certain tests to measure the proficiency level in the field of the students. The exam is done consecutively a couple of times in a year in computer based test format. Within 15-20 days the results are sent to the candidates. LPUNEST scale and interview are the basis of admission decisions and qualifying examinations are the criteria of entry.

1. Visit the LPUNEST website link (www.lpu.in/lpunest). The link is displayed either as 'Apply Now' or 'Registrations Open'.
2. Choose the program you are interested in from the given list - BTech/BBA/BA LLB - and then click on 'Apply'.
3. Sign up through filling in the mentioned fields including name, e-mail, number etc.
4. Application form will open as the next step. After making sure the form is complete, include all the necessary details.
5. Display scanned signatures, photograph and mark sheets for class 10 and 12 as per the specifications provided.
6. Pay the application fee online through credit/debit cards, net banking, other options. Application fee is Rs. 1200.
7. Make sure that each part of the application detailed out is correctly filled and the provided information is complete before the submission of the application.
8. When all the required information is filled, then print the confirmation page or save as the soft copy for future use.
9. You will be getting your admit card on your authentic email id soon enough before your exam date.
10. Make sure you download the admit card and print out an originale to take with you to the exam venue.
- Passport size photo: You shall submit (scan) a passport size color photo (preferably on white background) of the size specification in the provided brochure.
- Application fee payment: An online application fee submission must be completed in addition to the form submission. Keep the payment receipt.
- Caste certificate (if applicable): If you wish to take benefits of the reserved category of SC/ST/OBC your caste certificate should be valid.
- PWD certificate (if applicable): To use this quota, you will need to first provide a valid certificate of PWD/disability category.
