AISSMS College of Pharmacy Pune offers numerous programs in the diploma and degree levels, which are spread across different fields such as Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc. The BPharm course needs an adequate pass in 12th Science with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology and English and a pass of 50% marks in PCM/B. This program MPharm Pharmaceutics is open for BPharm, PharmD, BUMS, BAMS, BHMS, etc. Graduates with minimum 55% of the total marks are eligible to apply. The requirement for obtaining the Diploma in Pharmacy is 10+2 Science pass with mathematics, physics, chemistry, or PCB. These are open to all students who clear CET, NEET or GPAT or by merit in direct admission processes.
The major courses of the college include BPharm, MPharm with specialization, Pharm D, PhD and Diploma courses and others in the streams of Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, etc The admission for BPharm & Pharm D is through CET MHT and counseling while for MPharm and PhD the candidates have to appear for GPAT and interview , The admission for DPharm is merit based qualifying exam. The CET 2024 exam dates are awaited, and for GPAT 2024 exam, the application form will be released in October 2023. The process of admission includes the steps like – submission of the application, examination, declaration of result, participation in counseling sessions which depends on the choices and merit that one gets to take the seat.
