IISIT is an autonomous institute which is AISSMS Institute of Information Technology situated in the city of Pune, Maharashtra. IISIT was set up in the year 2002 and is approved by AICTE and is an acknowledged university of the Government of Maharashtra and is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University. The institute has been accredited by NAAC with Grade A and as per NIRF 2023 ranking, the institute stands at the position 101-150 in Engineering category. 

IISIT provides B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA programs and courses in different branches of engineering and technology such as Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Master of Computer Applications. The admission to these programs is offered through MHT-CET, JEE Main, and/or GATE scores and then through the counseling process. It has came up with a statement releasing the examinations for the admission of BTech and MTech for the batch 2024 will take place in the year 2023 in May. It is proposed that the candidates can apply online up to the end of the last week of April, 2023.

AISSMS Institute of Information Technology Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)

1.Applicants must have completed their 10 plus 2 or equivalent examination in any group from any recognized education board with 50% marks as the CUT off.

2. For admission into B.Tech programs, the candidates should have passed the 10+2 curriculum with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional subjects. Students required to pass in PCM and obtain a minimum qualification of 50% marks. 

3. The aspiring candidates who passed 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate can apply for BCA & BSC IT programs. Mathematics is mandatory at 10+2 stage.

4. Applicants seeking admission to the BA and BCOM programmes should have passed the 10+2 examination in any group with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the respective board.

5. The job seekers who are interested in participating in this examination can apply here, whether they are the students studying in their 10+2 standard or any other standard. However, the admission to these courses will be based on the condition of passing the qualifying examination with the minimum percentage deemed necessary.
