Geeta University Panipat is a self financing private university situated in Panipat which is in the state of Haryana. It was founded in 1985 and is accredited by UGC, endorsed by the Government of Haryana, and holds NAAC accreditation with Grade ‘A’ till 2025. The NIRF rankings 2023 voted Geeta University Panipat to be among the top 150 universities in the country.
Geeta University has undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral programmes in various disciplines of engineering, management, commerce, computer applications, education, pharmacy and other disciplines as well. Some of the courses most commonly taught include B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, B.ED, B.Pharm, and Ph.D. It is for the information of the general public that admission process for the academic session 2024-25 will start in April, 2023. They can apply online or otherwise, through submitting documents at the office. The entrance exams are planned to start from the June of 2023.
Geeta University follows a strict placement policy and has tied up with several reputed companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, L&T, ICICI Bank and more hiring candidates from the university. 2023 batch witnessed highest placements and 850+ students got placed in 150+ companies offer an annual salary of 32 LPA. The average placement package also saw a rise of 15-20% AS compared with the previous years. More than 75% of the actual students find placements through campus interviews. The placement ratio of some of the prestigious branches such as computer science, Information technology, electronics & electrical hovers around 85-90% every year.
