IIHM is an institution of great repute which imparts industry based education in different streams of hotel management and culinary arts. The major courses offered here are Bsc Hospitality & Hotel Administration, BBA in Culinary Arts and Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie. The BSc program covers the main fields including accommodation operation, airline operation, cruise line operation, airline/finance, HR, marketing, law, information technology and related fields. The BBA Culinary Arts has an excellent exposure in practical knowledge of bakery, Indian, continental, oriental cuisines also covers management. They go for their own test held every year in January 2024 followed by GD/Interviews. Available Examination Centre and online application will be open from October 2023.

Placement report for B.Com 2021-22 revealed that 75% of the students got placed with average annual package of Rs. 3.5 lakhs for the operations staffs and Rs. 4 lakhs for the managerial staffs. The highest potential salary offered can be as low as Rs 8 lakhs per annum.
