IPS Academy is a university located in Indore offering a number of undergraduate and post graduate programmes in different fields of management, computer applications, commerce, science, law, journalism, hotel management, aviation, etc. The admission criteria may be slightly different in various departments. For BBA, any student having 10+2 pass in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks can apply. The candidates must have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized university or board with Mathematics as a subject obtaining a minimum of 50% of marks for being eligible for BCA. To pursue B.Com, one must have 10+2 degree and minimum aggregate of 45% in any stream. Some of the prominent entrance tests for major courses include MP PET/ IMPET/ IPMAT/ NPAT/ CUET etc.
The academy is providing various streams such as management, computer applications, commerce, science, law, journalism, hotel management, aviation and many more.. Some of the well-known courses are BBA, BCA, BA LLB(Bachelor of Legislative Laws), BJMC (Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication), BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management), BSc, BA, B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), MBA, MCA, M.Com The scheduled examination dates for national and state level tests useful for admission to IPS Academy such as CUET, PET, NPAT, IPMAT etc. will be held between February to September 2023. The admission process generally commences in march-april where the applicants submit their forms either online or offline. Any shortlisted candidate thereafter will also sit for an entrance examination or interview depending on the company’s policy. This means that there is a basis for choosing candidates depending on their merit scores in qualifying examinations and tests. The final admission is offered to those candidates who undergo document verification and pay the fees for the respective courses before the session starts from the July-August 2024 for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at IPS Academy Indore.
Students who want to get admission to IPS Academy in Indore for any course they have the opportunity to fill the admission form either online or in offline format. For online application, students may use the link provided here or they can visit the official website of the college which is ipsacademyindore.com and look for the ‘Admission’ or ‘Apply Now’ section. They have to register an account to fill in their personal information, academic information, select the preferred course and specialization, and process the application fee. The candidates can upload their documents scanned copies and thus submit their application.
To apply in an offline mode, students can either download the form from the website or get it from the campus. They are to complete the form in the right manner with their correct details, documents and fee through DD, affix their passport photographs and send the form to the Admission cell of the IPS Academy either by post or directly. The admission process continues with the entrance exam round, GD/PI if any before reaching the final list of students being admitted. The institute provides all the necessary support from the students for any queries regarding the admission or else.
- The marks obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or other aptitude tests which may be applicable. This tests the ability of the candidate in spatial concepts, visual perception, graphic skills and artistic impression.
- Percentage in 10+2 board or qualifying exam or percentage in the qualifying examination, special preference to the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics. A minimum aggregate percentage is normally expected of schools.
- Performance in an entrance examination test specially organized for admission to architecture courses, if any by this Institute/ University. This assesses one’s ability through multiple choice questions, drawing tests and the likes.
- Scores in a personal interview, where one is tested on interests, creativity, aptitude, and outlook.
- Collection of Personal creations such as drawings, sketches, paintings etc: This will help in evaluating artistic and visual skills.
1. Application Form: It is possible to get the application form and prospectus in the IPS Academy Indore campus or download it from the official site of the university – www.ipsacademy.org.
2. Eligibility: You should have completed 10+2 or any equivalent exam from any recognized Board with minimum 50% marks taken together in Mathematics and 50% marks taken together in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry. Candidates must also have had a valid score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
3. Documents Required: Apart from the completed application form, the candidates would have to attach 10th and 12th mark sheets, NATA score card, application fee payment receipt, if necessary domicile certificate and any other documents apart from mentioned above if required.
4. Application Fee: The application fee is Rs 1,000/-. This fee can be remitted online or by a crossed Demand Draft in favour of ‘IPS Academy’ payable at Indore.
5. Submission: Completed application forms along with required documents and the application fee can be sent to the Campus Office either personally or through speed post.
