1. One can get registration done on the official website of the college which is phcetnavimumbai.in and apply the form online.
2. Scan and upload photograph and signature according to the standard prescribed on the website.
3. The fee for the application can be paid online through a credit/debit card or by internet banking.
4. Complete application for reprint of ATM kit and get the print out of the completed application form along with the application number.
5. Complete the application form and attach the necessary documents, then submit the hard copy to the facilitation center that was assigned to the applicant.
