TIT Bhopal is an engineering college situated in the city of Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh state of India. TIT was founded in the year 1998 and is an AICTE accredited and RGPV University college. In the NIRF college rankings 2023, being accredited with an NAAC grade of A+, TIT holds the 75th position. Engineering is one among the courses provided by the institute with undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Located at a sprawling 25 acre campus, TIT is well-equipped with all the required modern facilities including smart class rooms and workshops, and well-equipped laboratory.
TIT provides BTech courses in computer science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and chemical engineering. It also provides MTech programs in the specialization including VLSI Design, Computer Science, Thermal Engineering and others. The institute is on the RGPV academic calendar and mandatory semester examination days. BTech programmes admission are given through MP PET entrance examination. Consequently, while admissions into MTech programme at IIITs are through GATE score, the general entry requirements allow for lateral entry from other streams. For this scholarship, the application is usually opened in mid January in the year of application. Students undergo counseling meetings before they formally accept admission through fee payment.

Technocrats Institute of Technology Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. The candidates must have cleared their 10+2 examination or equivalent exam in Science/Commerce /Humanities stream and must have secured minimum 50% of aggregate marks.
2. For the admission in B.Tech programs, candidates should have passed their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. Passing requirement: At least 50% marks in PCM.
3. For BBA and BCA, the candidate should have secured 50 % aggregate marks in 10+2 in any stream. A pass in Mathematics/Statistics at +2 level is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Candidates who wish to apply for M.Tech programs should have a B.Tech/BE degree in the concerned specialization with 60% marks in aggregate. GATE qualification is preferable.
5. For MBA and MCA courses, the graduates can from any discipline that is recognized by the University. Minimum 50% aggregate marks at the graduation level required and the candidate should have cleared the final examination for the graduation level. The candidate possessing relevant entrance test qualification is preferred.
6. All relaxations in the eligibility criteria shall be as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates and by reservations wherever applicable.
