Universal Business School (UBS) Karjat provides multiple courses to the students at the UG and PG level in the faculties of management, commerce, humanities, science, and technology. The main requirements for the respondents depend on the departments. For BBA, candidates require minimum 50% in their 12th standard or graduation in any stream. For MCA, the qualification as a mandatory subject is mathematics in 12th grade with 50% marks, or a graduation degree in any field. For MBA, graduates in any stream, having minimum 50% marks can apply. B.Com is done with a minimum of 12th standard in any stream with 50% marks. For B.Sc programs, candidates should have passed 12th standard with science subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry etc For B.A, candidate should have done 12th standard with arts/humanities. For engineering, 12th with PCM subjects and 50% marks are compulsory for the course. Accepted qualifying exams per department include; CET, CAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA XAT etc.
The courses that are taught at UBS Karjat across discipline and annual intake for the year for 2024 are the following: undergraduate courses – BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech (CSE, Mechanical, Civil, ECE, EE), postgraduate courses – MBA, MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science, IT). 2. This application is very easy to fill out: simply create an account and start with the application form. This will include basic information such as; personal details, education achievements such as grade point averages, work experience if any, etc.
3. The candidate must upload scanned copies of any required photograph and signatures, as well as copies of mark sheets and graduation certificates, as required by the set guidelines.

- Academic performance: GPA and/or class rank in prior undergraduate and/or postgraduate degrees; proficiency in quantitative/analytical courses. Other documents conventionally demanded include CAT/GMAT scores, course transcripts, work experience details and recommendations.
- Work experience: It is desirable to have relevant working experience, and more so when the candidate has worked in leadership/managerial positions. Here the experience needed may not be exactly the same for all programs that a candidate may apply for.

2. Get application form- Application form can be downloaded using the internet tools or collected from the campus office of UBS Karjat. Application forms can be obtained from the respective school administrative offices or on the schools’ website in June-July each year.
3. Fill application form - I have seen candidates who just fill in their name, date of birth and mobile number in the form It is better to provide all the details like personal info, academics, work experience etc. and fill all the sections to the best of your abilities.
4. Attach required documents- Attach self attested copies of 10th & 12th Mark Sheets, Graduation Certificates, Work experience certificates, Entrance Exam Score Cards, ID proof etc as required.
5. Pay application fees- Tuition fees are around Rs. 1,000 and this also covers the application fee. For payment, use DD or online transfer to the details as indicated.
6. Submit application- Detach the third part of the form and attach the required documents and submit the filled form and documents before the last date either in person or by post in the mentioned address. Keep proof of submission.
7. Appear for PI/GD rounds - The candidates short-listed for the Personal Interview and Group Discussion rounds will be informed through Advertisement notice displayed at the campus.
