The Advanced Diploma in Architecture Management is a one-year diploma program that gives students an overview of architectural management in details. Such concepts as the architectural planning, project management and other related areas of the construction industry are taught to the students. Some of the curriculum content areas which are mostly adopted for teaching construction industry include construction structures, architectural drawings, cost estimating for buildings, construction project scheduling and principles of accounting and finance.
Admission to the Advanced Diploma in Architecture Management program is based on several entrance tests conducted at the national and state level. Minimum eligibility criteria require to apply for the desired course is passing in Class 12 from any stream with minimum 50% marks. 3. CEED (Common Entrance Exam for Design): In order to test design, visual communication and problem solving skills, multiple choice questions are set, along with a drawing test.
4. UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination): Architecture aptitude paper evaluates claimant’s mental acumen, numerical acumen, reasoning acumen and general awareness.
