Advanced Diploma in Labour Law is an advanced diploma level course for the students who wants to study in details the Labour laws, industrial relation and related acts. The nature of this course is credited and it usually takes about one academic year to complete. To some institutes their part time diploma programs take longer than the usual time other institutes take in their full time programs. The curriculum includes aspects such as Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Act, Labour Disputes Act, Contract Labour Act.

Advanced Diploma in Labour Law Course Eligibility

1. 10+2 from a reputed board with a minimum aggregate passing marks of 50%. This is the fundamental requirement that is needed for getting an admission into most of the diploma level courses after 10+2 standards. 

2. A course with majors in all areas of study is what this is for the graduates. The bachelor degree in Law will help understand legal aspects that cater to labour laws.  

3. The candidates normally do not have a defined age limit, as far as the criteria for eligibility is concerned. The second prerequisite is the minimum education qualification. Anyone who meets this requirement can apply for the course.
