The Bachelor of Arts [BA] in Arabic is an undergraduate program that equips the learner with adequate knowledge on Arabic language, literature, culture, and history. The normal period to complete a BA in Arabic is between three to four years that is 6-8 semesters. The offered courses are highly specialized and cover Arabic grammar, prose, poetry, translation, conversation, literature, and culture. Students are taught in Modern Standard Arabic and may choose to major in one dialect of Arabic.
