BBA Hotel Management or Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management is an undergraduate programme that takes a three years’ duration of study in the field of hospitality and hotel industry. This program prepares students in many areas of hospitality such as the front of house operations which include; front office, housekeeping, kitchen production, food & beverage services, cashiering, personnel, and many more. Courses are designed to cover theoretical knowledge along with practical approaches, which involve internships at the hotels.
Duration of the full-time BBA Hotel Management is 3 years with comprising Six Semesters. There are some institutes and universities which also have 4 years duration for their BBA Hotel Management. For admission to BBA Hotel Management program, the candidate should have passed Class 12th in any stream discipline along with minimum 50% aggregate marks. There is a list of entrance exams that are accepted by different college for BBA Hotel Management program which includes – NCHMCT JEE, IMU CET, IPU CET (Hotel Management), AIMA UGAT, IHMCT LAT along with other university level and state level entrance examination. The last chance is given to the candidate after assessing the entrance exam result, group discussion, and personal interview.

1. It is mandatory that the candidate should have completed their 10+2 passed or equivalent from any recognized board and must have secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate. No discrimination with regard to the stream of the school attended by the students such as Arts, Commerce or Science etc.
2. The minimum pass percentage for SC/ST category students for admission in Engineering and Technology is 45% in 10+2.
3. English must be one of the subjects opted for in the 10+2 level education.
