International Business is one of the major fields of study offered under the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program and which prepares students in fields dealing with international trade, operation in foreign markets. This is a full-time program that spans three years and covers areas such as import-export management, cross cultural communication, international marketing, international financial and taxation control, international logistics and global strategic management.
The tests that are recognized as the basis for admission to the B.Com International Business programs include the CET, SAT, ATMA, XAT, NPAT tests at the state or nationwide levels. Most of the colleges also prefer going by the marks scored in class 12th for the award of merit seats. The exam notification is generally issued in the months of January- February and the exams are conducted from April-July. Exam forms are generally issued 1-2 months before the exams and the deadlines are mostly in March-April.
