Bachelor of Design or B.Des (Building Design) is an undergraduate course in design streams that has a tenure of four years. This program aims at cultivating knowledge in the areas of architecture, constructing structures, site survey, facilities management, green buildings, and other aspects of man-made environment. Those are the subject areas students learn at the school such as building materials, structure systems, environmental studies, building codes & standards, architectural graphics, design software, building survey techniques.

1. 10+2 pass in any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) in any recognized Board/University with minimum 50% marks aggregate.

3. For direct admission, few colleges permit it based on the 10+2 scores in case there remain open seats after the entrance counselling.
4. There is no age limit for the liberal arts program and any person who satisfies the general admission requirements can apply.
