Performing arts are an area of artistic expression that is concerned with creating live performances through music, drama, or dance with Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) in Vocal is an undergraduate program that provides students with special knowledge and skills required in performing arts. The BPA Vocal program generally takes 3-4 academic years to complete, encompassing 6-8 semesters. Examples of the activities taught under this course are music theory, acting skills in theatre, movement, dance, vocal training and techniques in singing, music performance, stagecraft.
The entrance examination accepted for admittance into BPA (Vocal) programs are NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture), UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design), NID entrance examination, CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design), NIFT entrance examination.
