The Bachelor of Science in Geography or B.Sc Geography is an undergraduate academic degree program that is oriented towards the study of physical features, inhabitants, and phenomena of the earth. This is a 3-year full-time course which aims at training the students in physical geography which involves study of earth’s physical environment, people and human geography, which involves study of mobility of people, their culture as well as their economy.
In order to get admission in B.Sc Geography the least criterion that can be observed is passing in the 12th standard examination with Maths and Geography as the subjects. The scores of national level entrance tests such as NEET, CUET, SET etc., the scores of state level tests and the management quota are accepted to admit deserving students in various colleges and universities. Apart from this, number of academic record along with the performance in the personal interview also decides the selection.
