Industrial Chemistry is an undergraduate program that covers the Chemical process that can be applied to industries and how to improve those processes. The areas of study taught at B.Sc Industrial Chemistry include organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, surface chemistry, Petroleum chemistry, polymer chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and environmental chemistry and others more from the industrial application of the different chemicals and chemical processes in industries such as Petroleum, polymer, fertilizer, pharmaceuticals, dyes and pigments, fragrances.
The common entrance exams accepted for admission into the B.Sc Industrial Chemistry course across universities and colleges in India are: For admission in undergraduate medical programs, UG which is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for undergraduate programs, state level exam such as Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET), Andhra Pradesh- Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP-EAMCET) and direct admission for those who are not willing to take NEET or state level exams based on their 10+2 Some of the most recognized colleges also provide their own tests for admission in their colleges.
