B.Sc (Instrumentation) is an undergraduate programme that duration 3 years and is designed to teach students about the basic principles of measurement and control of processes using different instruments. Students get acquainted with the variety of instruments and their operation, for instance electronic instruments, sensors, transducers, control devices. Some of the subjects studied are instrumentation basics, devices of measurement, sensor technology, signal conditioning, control of processes, data acquisition and treatment.
The most popular entrance tests for admission to the B.Sc (Instrumentation) course are JEE-Main conducted by CBSE, CET’s of various states and entrance tests conducted by various deemed and private universities across the country. It is also worthy of note that numerous institutes rely on the scores of class 12th PCM for admission.
