Diploma course in Biomedical Engineering is an undergraduate level Diploma program that may take 3 years. From the context it offers the theoretical and practical knowledge to the students about the biology, medicine and engineering sciences. This branch of engineering includes engineering approaches and systems for the diagnosis and treatment of medicine and healthcare. 1. Should have passed in Higher Secondary exam 10+2 science stream (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) conducted by any recognized board securing minimum 50% marks.
2. Candidates having science background with 10+2 can apply for the course, it does not matter your background is biology, computer science, electronics or any other field.
3. The age limit for admission to diploma has no specific age bar for any individual. There is not an upper age limit to apply for the scholarship and everyone can try their luck.
