Diploma in Dialysis Techniques is one to two years diploma level course in medical field where the students are trained to conduct dialysis techniques and nursing care for patients having kidney failure or other related disorders. The subjects included are human anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology of renal disease, principles of dialysis, techniques implemented in dialysis such as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, caring for the patient on dialysis, vascular access for dialysis, water treatment and purification, dialysis equipment and instruments, renal medication and diets.

1. They should have completed their 10+2 standard pass in science stream with least 50% marks from any recognized board.
2. Candidates who have passed the GNM or B.Sc Nursing can also apply for the position.
3. The applicants must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their Senior Secondary Certificate examination or equivalent.
4. Age restriction is at least 17 years of age but not restricted to the upper age limit.
