It is also important to note that few institutes having this program also incorporate the class 10th marks into the merit list for admissions

Polytechnic in Biomedical Engineering Course Eligibility 2024

1. 10+2 passed in science stream subjects with minimum 45% average in a recognized board. 

2. Minimum passing marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Maths as per the University or Institute standard.

3. Those who have completed 10+2 from science or non-science streams or Vocational / Technical stream from any stream can apply by fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria.

4. Percentage score on qualifying entrance examination that some institutes offering biomedical engineering diploma require. 

5. In most of the cases, the minimum age is 17 years and should have completed or as per the norms of the institute and requirements. 

6. Medical fitness certificate and other documents as mentioned in the admission notification of respective polytechnic institute.
