Diploma in Homeopathy is an undergraduate level course that deals with the homeopathic medicines and their treatment methods. This course offers the training in the principles and/or philosophy of homoeopathy together with some of the concepts of anatomy, physiology, pathology, forensic medicine. It has been observed that the Diploma in Homeopathy program generally spans for 2 years. There are also some institutes that provide a diploma course that takes a total of 3 years to complete.
For the admission in the Diploma in Homeopathy only the score of the 10+2 examination conducted by the CBSE is considered in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together. There is another type of test – some colleges have an entrance test of their own. The entrance tests for this course are NCH Exam by the National Institute of Homoeopathy, Homoeopathy Entrance Test or HET by the Homeopathy colleges and universities, and other state level Homeopathy entrance tests.
