Human Development Diploma is an undergraduate level diploma course of one year duration which mainly aims at human development during different phases of life. This course introduces the basic understanding of development in several domains, physical, cognitive, social, emotional development of the child and the aged. The curriculum covers areas like developmental theories, method of research in development, hereditary and environmental influence development, stages and other milestones.
The minimum requirement for admission in the Diploma in Human Development program is 10+2 from any recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks. He has cleared the common entrance examination for admission into diploma courses. Certain institutes may admit students who have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of their choice.
