Diploma in Medical Devices Course Eligibility

1. Science stream in 10+2 with subjects like Physics, Chemistry Biology/Mathematics with minimum 50% marks aggregate in the total.

2. Pass students or those who have done their 10+2 in other streams can also apply once they have done a one-year diploma course in a related engineering stream such as electrical/electronic/mechanical. 

3. Those who have participated in their 10+2 board examinations can also apply in a provisional basis if the following requirements are fulfilled upon declaration of results.

4. Regarding the admission criteria, there is no prescribed standard age into this course; however, some institutions may have age limitations of not more than 30 years.

5. These may include IELTS/TOEFL for English language proficiency scores for those who have studied in English medium schools. 

6. They may also require medical clearance and declaration of fitness to travel together with other health documents such as immunization records.

Diploma in Medical Devices Entrance Exams

1. JEE Main: national level engineering entrance examination for admission into the NITs’ and other institutes funded by the centre; assesses knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

2. COMEDK UGET: entrance examination conducted at the state level for engineers/architects in medical, engineering and dental colleges; subjects tested are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. 

3. MU OET: Physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology: the sections of the online entrance test at Manipal University, engineering and other programs are available at Manipal University

4. KCET: Karnataka Common Entrance Test is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority ( KEA ) for admission to first year courses in engineering, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, pharmaceutical sciences.

5. AP EAMCET: Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University for admissions to professional degree.
