Master of Commerce (M.Com) is one of the postgraduate courses offered in commerce, financial and management subject. This is a full time two years course which aims at enhancing the students knowledge in the areas of accounting, economics, banking, company law and management principles. It helps develop students’ professional skills, readying them for work in accounting, auditing, banking, finance and management.
A number of entrance tests are accepted for admittance to the program M.Com. CAT XAT GMAT MAT ATMA are some of the popular national level exams. These colleges each accept the scores from any one of these tests. The application process usually takes place every April/May of each year. Exams are scheduled during the period of February-May each year. It takes place in June-July when results are announced. Shortlisted candidates are invited for GD/IP and final selection lists are released by August for the July – August session.

1. A graduate degree (minimum 50% aggregate marks) from a recognized university.
2. For reserved category students, minimum 45% aggregate marks in graduation and aggregate marks in the entrance test.

4. M.Com course: It is also not compulsory to follow an age restriction for granting admission.
5. It is possible that students in order to get admission in top B-Schools for M.Com they may have to appear for Entrance exams like CAT/XAT/MAT.

1. DUET M.Com: Delhi University runt for entry into affiliated colleges for M.Com. It assesses their quantitative skills, problem-solving skills, and language competencies.
2. BHU PET M.Com: BHU M.Com entrance exam to be held today for BHU distance education: Testing quantitative aptitude, reasoning and general awareness for admission to M.Com courses.
3. JNUEE M.Com: Jawaharlal Nehru University entrance exam testing the ability to reason, performs numeric calculations, and expresses oneself in the language in order to gain admission to the M.Com courses at JNU.
4. Pondicherry University Entrance Exam: It measures the quantitative ability and logical and language skills to be admitted into colleges of M.Com in Pondicherry University.
5. AMU M.Com Entrance Test: Aligarh Muslim University – AMUEE – Test of Quantitative Ability, Mental Ability and English Language for admissions to M.Com.
