M.Com (Finance) is a post-graduate, two-year level course in the field of commerce that pertains to finance. This developed course deals with diverse fields of finance such as financial management, investment analysis, financial markets, security analysis, corporate finance, portfolio management, banking, risk management, international finance and so on. This program aims to enable students to understand the theories and analytical instruments’ legislation and statutes that are related to the financial industries and help in the development of financial skills.
Exam for common entrance accepted for M.Com (Finance) are CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, etc. The exams normally held between December to February each year. There are also some schools which allow entry of students through their bachelor’s grades. Dates to remember are – exam notification dates around August- September, application beginning in September-October and continuing till December. Examination Periods differ from one kind of examination to another. Application is conducted in the period of April-June.
