1. Candidates must possess a minimum of a degree qualification in any field from a recognized university with a minimum pass of 50% marks or its equivalent grade.
2. Qualification: Any person with a bachelor’s degree in Labour Studies, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Social Work, Law, Economics, Commerce, Management, or Public Administration shall be preferred.
3. The admission to the program will be offered on the basis of the performance in the entrance test and reservation for those applicants who have work experience in the labour sectors, industry or corporate fields will be preferred.
