M.Sc Psychology is a master’s degree course that deals with the systematic observation and analysis of people’s behavior. The time taken to complete a course in Masters of Science in Psychology usually takes two academic years and is offered in four semesters. The subjects taught are Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Statistics, Research Methodology, Psychological Assessment and Testing, Counseling, etc Learns and masters ideas and theories concerning psychological facets of human behavior. They possess essential critical thinking and research skills in order to carry out studies and assess data.
Some of the entrance tests that are considered for admission in M.Sc Psychology are TISSNET, BHU-PET, DUET, AMU, CUCET, JNUEE. Some colleges and universities also provide admission to the students on the basis of merit in qualifying examinations which is generally the Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Hons.)/Applied Psychology with minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Besides, there are many institutes that set their own entrance examinations.

3. JNU – The Jawaharlal Nehru University entrance test that evaluates the aspirant’s aptitude in verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning, and subject knowledge.
4. DUET - Delhi University entrance test checks mental aptitude, logical skills, verbal skills and some aspects of psychology.
