Ph.D. in Archaeology is an advanced research level area of study regarding the study of societies and cultures of the past through seeking and studying sites and objects. The time taken to complete a Ph.D. in Archaeology is relatively short and varies between 4-6 years for full-time learners.
The program starts with one or two years of classroom training in fundamental subjects including theories of archaeology, techniques in archaeology, and analysis and regional studies.
