1. Polytech or a university degree in mechanical, production, manufacturing, industrial, automation, mechatronics or aeronautics engineering.
2. Candidate must have passed the graduation with minimum 50% marks aggregate if belongs to general category and for SC/ST candidates minimum 45% marks of aggregate.
3. Students in the final year of engineering can also apply provisionally as long as the above requirements are met at the time of admission.
