Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Web Designing is a one-year postgraduate level diploma program which helps to provide the detailed understanding of the principles of Web Designing and Development. Some of the plans of study offered are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, UI/UX design, graphics, SEO, marketing, content creation, and projects. A student is able to practice on current web technologies and development tools that enable him or her to implement and deploy database driven and interactive web sites and web applications.
For admission to PGD program in Web Designing, candidate must have the following qualification: pass in graduate in any stream having 50% & above marks for general category candidates (45% & above for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates). However, some institutes have a provision to admit students who lack coding experience by providing an entrance test to measure their aptitude. Some of national level and state level entrance exam for PGD Web Designing are university/institute’s own entrance test, UCEED, NID DAT, CEED, PUMEET.
