Joint Admission Counselling Delhi or JAC Delhi has the responsibility of admitting students to first year undergraduate programmes in engineering and technology in Delhi government affiliated institutes, and to do this, it sets a common entrance examination. JAC Delhi exam is intended to offer level playing ground to all the contenders aspiring to get admission in various technical colleges in Delhi for the respective first level degree courses in engineering and technology such as B.Tech and B.E.
It is anticipated that the JAC Delhi 2024 exam will be held in the month of June 2024 and the examination will be a pen and paper based test. Such subjects as physics, chemistry, and mathematics will be areas where candidates will sit for the exam. To the passage, it is evident that time and efforts need to be allocated in order to cover areas in the syllabi of JAC Delhi exam adequately in order to achieve good grades.

Registration & choice filling happened from May 30 - June 23, 2024.
Admission for various rounds of seat allotment were based on JEE Main ranks.
1. Possess a minimum 45% mark in 12th standard passed from any recognized board.
2. The applicant must be at least 17 years but not older than 25 years as of July 1st, 2024.
3. Specifically, the applicant must be an Indian national and must be a resident of Delhi.
4. There are no outstanding backlogs in the 12th board examination.
5. Must have the valid score card of JEE Main or any other entrance examination recognized by the university.
6. Must have had Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the final year of schooling or 12th standard.
7. When one is in twelfth standard, there should not be any discipline cases or misconduct cases.
8. Should consist of persons qualified as fit by JAC Delhi medical standards.
9. No other engineering college within the same year for admission for any program based on the score obtained.
10. Only general category students are required to produce a valid JEE Main rank.
