Mind Power University provides PhD degree courses in sciences, technology, arts, and humanities. The process of offering admissions for the PhD new batch will start from the month of August 2024 for the batch of 2025. An applicant has to have finished a relevant master’s degree and should have maintained a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.5 on the 4 point scale. In addition to the online application form, the candidates are required to provide GRE/GMAT score, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, research proposal, mark sheets of previous institutions, and TOEFL/IELTS score if available.
These include a written examination of the candidate’s ability to conduct research, critical reasoning skills as well as the subject matter knowledge with an interview for the selected candidates. The admission requirements are based on the applicant’s academic achievements, work experience, the compatibility of the proposed research with faculty interests, and the likelihood of success of the applicant to perform high-level research under the supervision of faculty members. Teaching/research assistantship, if eligible, is also provided and it is considered as a type of financial aid.

2. It can state and compare the minimum requirements such as type of degree, scores, experience.
3. Application form, statement of purpose/reason for applying, letters of recommendation, academic transcripts/achievement test scores.
4. Technical writing assignment that involves typing down the research proposal which contains the individual’s research interests, goals, and methodology.
5. All application documents and a completed application form must be submitted before the stated deadline accompanied by application fees.

1. The candidate must possess Master’s degree in the respective discipline from a recognized University with at-least 55% marks.
2. The MPUET is mandatory and the research ability as well as the academic knowledge of the candidate is assessed through the test.
3. They have to clear the personality interview round which includes the examination by a panel of the specialists of the specific department.
4. The job seekers should have published at least two articles in research journals where they are the main authors and also should have presented two papers in conferences.
5. Minimum teaching experience of two years at the graduation level is preferred and the same has been considered for weighting during the selection.
6. Candidates in the final year of a Master’s program can apply but entry into the program shall be provisional depending on the requirements of the program before the start of the same.
