The UGC NET Admit Card 2024 is among the important documents that the candidates require to take to the exam center for the National Eligibility Test (NET) examination in the year 2024. UG-C NET is conducted to test the eligibility of candidates for the post of assistant professor and junior research fellowship in different universities/colleges of India in the general streams of sciences, humanities, languages, etc., by NTA on behalf of UGC. The exam is divided into two types of papers, an animal general paper and 81 specialized subject papers. In the context of the UGC NET exam it is to be noted that candidates are required to clear both the papers.
The UGC NET Admit Card for the session 2024 will be available only in online mode by NTA approximately three to four weeks before the exam date. Aspirants get their admit cards downloaded and take a print out from the official NTA website of the Concourse. The admit card is a vital summary of details such as the candidate’s name, exam centre information, paper session, roll number, and other important instructions and precautionary measures against COVID. The candidates are required to bring their hall ticket and in addition, any other valid photo identity card like Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Driving License to the Examination Centre. If a candidate has not got a hard copy of the admit card then he/she will not be allowed entry into the examination hall at any cost.

1. Visit the official UGC NET portal in the National Testing Agency – www.ugcnet.nta.nic.in
2. You will be redirected to the home page where you will find the link that says “Download Admit Card.”
3. The details about the admit card will be provided to you on your linked mobile number via SMS and also you will be redirected to a new page for downloading the admit card.
4. Use your application number and date of birth in the format ‘dd/mm/yyyy’ as your password
5. You have to type the security pin as displayed and then click on submit.
6. The screen of your computer will show the UGC NET 2024 admit card.
7. The admit card can be downloaded and the print out may also be taken.
