National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) better known as NEET UG is the medical entrance test that is conducted every year and is the qualifying exam for MBBS and BDS courses in Indian medical and dental colleges. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and stands among the most competitive exams in India with the number of registered applicants reaching about 16 lakhs annually. The paper for NEET UG is based on physical, chemical, and biological contents of class 11 and 12. The exam is paper based and the questions are multiple choice 3 hour requirement. How to Check NEET UG Exam Result 2024

1. Now log on to the official website of NTA NEET at http://neet.nta.nic.in. 

2. Navigate NEET UG 2024 result clicking on the link provided for NEET UG 2024 result.

3. Fill the details like application number date of birth and security pin as requested. 

4. Screen showing the NEET result will be given.

5. Keep an eye on your name, roll number, subject-wise marks, total score, all India rank etc.

6. Take printouts of the NEET 2024 result and use it later for formal purposes. It also possible to take printout.

Documents Required For Check NEET UG Result 2024

1. Admit card: The admit Card received at the time of exam held for NEET UG has to be checked for the result. It has the details such as the roll number that is required.

2. Valid ID proof: Candidates have to provide details like Aadhaar card number or a driving license to ensure that their identity is verified after checking the NEET result.

What is NEET UG Exam?

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate is an entrance exam for admission to undergraduate medical, dental and AYUSH courses in India conducted in various centres in India are for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS) and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS) courses in government and private colleges across India. This test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). 

This test is conducted annually only for undergraduate candidates and is divided into three parts: physics, chemistry and biology with 45 questions for each of the topic. It is examiner based and is written in pen and paper for approximately 3 hours. It is written in 11 languages. NEET is the common medical entrance exam for students from both general and reserved categories in India In order to be eligible for NEET students need to score at least 50th percentile if they are of general category and 40th percentile if they belong to the reserved categories.
