The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for the Lateral Entry to engineering courses (WBJEE JELET) is conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) for engineering and technology courses in government and self-financed institutes and universities in West Bengal. Lateral Entry stands for JELET which is the short form of Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry. It is conducted for the candidates who have completed diploma, and they can get direct admission to the second year of the engineering and technology degree courses. JELET exam consists of one paper consisting of hundred objective type Multiple Choice Questions and the domains of testing are Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Reasoning & Engineering Aptitude.
As for the WBJEE JELET Result 2024, it will be released in the last week of May 2024 on the official website of the examination - wbjeeb.nic.in. For the result checking and downloading procedure, the candidates have to log in with their application number and password. In addition to the result, the candidate can also check their rank card from the official website of the board. The certificates to be submitted at the time of JELET counseling includes rank card, admit card, pass certificate & mark sheet of class 10, diploma marksheets upto the final semester, caste certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate of West Bengal. It is through candidate’s JELET rank, choice filled and seat availability that the distribution of seats is made.

1. To find the location of WBJEEB, visit the official website either at wbjeeb.nic.in or jelet.wbjeeb.in.
2. On the homepage, you will have to look for the ‘JELET 2024 Result’ link and click on it.
3. If needed, type in your application number, password, and security pin as you proceed with the application.
4. Press the submit button to login the JELET result to view.
5. Wbjee JELET result 2024 will be displayed on the screen and contains subject wise score and the total score.
6. Download the scorecard and get them printed for the sake of the next time you need them.
