AIIMS Bhubaneswar offers medical courses in various fields of study such as MBBS, BDS, DM, MCh, and MD. The admission rules state that for one to qualify for MBBS, he or she must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with a pass of at least 60% in aggregate for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Accepted exams include NEET. NEET score is also recognized by BDS for admission of candidates to the courses of their choice. For DM and MCh courses, only candidates who have completed MD/MS in the respective specializations with minimum 55% marks can apply. Paramedical courses are also available in AIIMS which includes BSc in Radiotherapy Technology and to be eligible for the course one should be 10+2 with Science group preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
The key medical streams which are available includes MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MCh, DM. Besides several medical and allied health science courses, AIIMS Bhubaneswar also offers paramedical courses like BSc in Medical Technology disciplines. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET is mandatory for admission to MBBS as well as BDS courses. For DM, MCh and other postgraduate courses, one has to clear INI CET examination which is conducted for admitting the candidates into the institute.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Photo ID proof – the candidates would be required to have Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license or any other valid photo id for their identification and other relevant details.
2. Original mark sheets and passing certificates of 10th and 12th standard that are required to check the eligibility for admission and the performance of the candidate.
3. Mark sheets of final semester examination/ degree certificate in case applied for postgraduate medical courses to ensure that one is eligible to apply for the course.
4. Domicile certificate sometimes required to prove the state of eligibility in quotas.
5. Original caste certificate to work for candidates who fall under the reserved category like SC/ST/OBC.
6. Passport sized photographs, medical fitness certificate and some medical tests reports to fulfill health standards relevant to medical courses.
7. Any other documents for which the candidate has received the admission notification like migration certificate, conduct certificate etc.

4. The candidates who are shortlisted have to attend counseling session, document verification along with medical fitness test at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
5. Seat distribution is accomplished with reference to NEET ranks, choices filled and/or reservation policy.
6. At last the selected candidate have to transfer the admission fee in order to confirm the MBBBS seat and complete the admission process on or before the specified date.
