Amity University Jaipur is home to a number of undergraduate courses offered in various domains of engineering and technology, management and commerce, sciences and arts and much more. Some of the most popular UG courses are BTech, BBA, BA, BSc, BCom, LLB and the minimum criteria for admission to these courses is 10+2 passed with 50% marks in the respective stream. Accepted Entrance tests are JEE Main, AMUJET, NPAT, CLAT etc Forms of admission are based on merit score in JEE Main and percentage in 10+2 PCM for courses BTech CSE, ECE, Civil, etc. In order to pursue BBA and Commerce one require 10+2 in any stream with AMUJET/ any other qualifying exam scores. They can take AMUJET to be admitted to the BA in Journalism, Psychology after passing the 10+2 in arts, science, commerce stream. Amity University Jaipur provides PhD programmes in various disciplines of Engineering & Technology, Business & Management, Life Science & Biotechnology, Social Science & Humanities, Law, and many fields. The requirements for admission to carry out PhD vary across departments. For Engineering PhD, candidates need to have a Master degree in the relevant branch with not less than 55% marks and must also have passed GATE/NET. To be eligible for the post of Management PhD, the candidate must have a Master’s degree examination with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade along with UGC NET/SLET. For PhD in Science, one must pass MSc in relevant subject with least 55% marks and CSIR/UGC NET. For Humanities and Social Sciences, a Master’s degree in the discipline with 55% marks and UGC Net or any other equivalent test conducted by UGC or any other agency recognized as equivalent thereto is essential. The Law Department requires LLM with 55% aggregate marks along with UGC NET score for its PhD program. Some of the accepted exams for admission into the relevant courses include GATE, UGC NET, CSIR UGC NET, and SLET among others depending on the course offered.
