Apex University Jaipur is based in Jaipur Rajasthan and has a vast number of courses in several fields of study that include engineering, management, sciences, humanities and many more. The criteria for eligibility also differs with the various departments. For obtaining an admission to the B.Tech programs such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Civil, the student should have passed 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry Maths and minimum 60% marks in aggregate. The university accepts admissions examination such as JEE Mains. For MBA, the admission requirement is a graduate with 50 percent marks in any discipline. Accepted exams are CAT/MAT/XAT. There are certain courses which have specific requirement where students need to have 50% in 12th Science stream such as BSc (Hons) in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry. BA English Economics Psychology requires 12th in any group with 50% marks on average.
Apex University Jaipur provides admission to number of courses in the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The application forms can be filled on the university’s official website at www.apexuniversity.ac.in or they can even be collected manually from the Apex University Admission Office in Jaipur.
The application procedures include creating an account with their details, choosing the program of interest, scanning and uploading the passport photograph as well as certificates, making the application fee payments, and submitting the completed form. During registration/application, students are provided with a unique number for future reference.

Apex University Jaipur is one of the private universities in Jaipur which offers the undergraduate program in the different fields. The major departments in the Undergraduate programme at Apex University are Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Application & Technology, Architecture, Arts and many more. Minimum eligibility criteria for taking admission in Engineering programs such as BTech in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical etc. For BBA, one has to secure at least 50 percent in class 12th from any stream or have to qualify UPES Entrance exam. BCA program admits students holding class 12th in any stream or passed ICACAT/Apex University test with 45% or above. BArch has some eligibility criteria set for the students like they must passed class 12th PCM/PCB subjects with 50% marks and also have valid NATA score.
UG programs are offered at Apex University and they include Business Technology (BTech), Business and Administration (BBA), Computer Application (BCA), Commerce (BCom), Arts (BA), Architecture (BArch), Design (BDes).
The PhD programmes offered in Apex University Jaipur include departments of Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Sciences, Humanities, and Social Science. The general rules that regulate the admission of students into the PhD programs differ from department to department. For Engineering, it is mandatory to have a Master degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade in the respective Engineering discipline along with GATE/NET qualification. The candidates aspiring to pursue PhD in Management qualifications must have a Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade. The candidate should clear the UGC NET/SLET or any other test for eligibility as deemed by University.
