ASBM University Bhubaneswar is one of the prime private universities in the capital city of Odisha. ASBM University was founded in 2006 and is accredited by the University Grants Commission and recognized by the Government of Odisha. The institution has been accredited with the NAAC Grade A, an achievement that underlines the importance of the college on academic achievements. According to the NIRF rankings of universities declared recently by the Ministry of Education, ASBM University stands 65th in the country. 

The University provides number of courses in various fields of studies including management, commerce, science, computer applications, hospitality, design, law and several others in its undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The 2024 batch will begin the admission process in May 2023. The national level tests that students take include NMAT, XAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, OJEE for the management courses, CLAT for law and NATA for design courses.  

ASBM University is known for the best placement and internship in the field of business and management. In fact, more than 500 top organizations from IT, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma and Hospitality Industries come to recruit students every year. Some of the leading companies that recruit include, TATA consultancy services, Infosys, HDFC bank, Reliance, ITC, Maruti Suzuki and many others. The maximum salary given to a candidate during campus placements is 32 LPA. More than 80 percent of the eligible students get placements in the campus recruitment drives. The pay scale of the candidates is average and it varies anywhere from 4-8 LPA.

ASBM University Placements 2024

ASBM University Bhubaneswar has a very good placements record with more than 90% student getting placed every year. Some of the major companies that offer placements to students are Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, HCL Technologies etc. The maximum salary offered in the year 2023 was 25,000 per month offered by a financial services and products company. On an average the salary offered across all the branches is 6.5 LPA.
