The Assam Agricultural University in Jorhat, Assam also provides several courses in Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in Agricultural Science, Home Science, Fishery Science, Veterinary Science. The eligibility is, however, different for each Department. For instance, a candidate to join B.Sc Agriculture must have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Maths securing not less than 50% marks (45% for reserved candidates). ICAR, JEE Mains, NEET, State exams are valid for admission For permission to take photographs, videography, shooting. University provide BTech, BSc, MSc, MTech and PhD in Agriculture, Community Science, Fishery, Veterinary and numerous other related fields. Majors include crop production, soil science, horticulture, animal production and products technology, dairy technology, fisheries resource management. The admission for the 2024 batch of B.Com will be done through the internal national/state level entrance exams along with the counseling. The University also does use the marks in the 12th exams in preparing the merit list.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Mark sheets and passing certificates to show the previous qualifications of the student from 10th and 12th standards.
2. Transfer credentials from the board or university last attended showing the applicant’s migration credentials.
3. Affidavit wherein the applicant attests that he/she is of good moral character signed by the principal of the institute last attended or a gazetted officer.
4. Recent passport size photographs and photocopies of any other photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card /Driving License.
5. If any, certificates of participation in co-curricular activities for quota for sports admission or sports scholarship.
6. Documents that may be required for proving eligibility such as the nativity or domicile certificate in case they are necessary for admission into certain courses. Application fees payment receipt.

5. The application process ends if selected by paying fees and submitting documents.
6. This involves receiving an enrollment and registration confirmation after verifying the documents produced by the learners.
