Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya (ABVHV) at Bhopal provides various programs of arts, science, commerce, engineering. Some of them are BA (political science, economics, English, Hindi), BSc (physics, chemistry, mathematics), BCom; BE (computer science, electronics, mechanical), BCA. The requirement for admission to undergraduate courses is 10+2 or its equivalent examination passed from any recognized board with minimum percentage 45%-60 for general category. These exams are for instance MP PET, JEE Mains, CUET, and others depending on the course of study.
It is a member of the University of Arizona and currently provides approximately 30 courses in faculties like arts, sciences, business administration, education, engineering & technology, faculty of law, life science, mass communication & journalism.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Copy of the Aadhaar card, Voter ID card, Driving license or Passport to provide your Name, Date of Birth, and Address.
2. A valid certificate and mark sheet of passing Class 10 from an authorized board listing the subjects and grades taken to determine that the candidate has completed high school.
3. Mark sheet and certificate of passing class 12 examination issued and attested by the board mentioning the subjects covered, marks obtained, and pass status as a testament to the intermediate qualification.
4. Academic transcript of the graduation degree, semester wise marks sheet if they are applying for postgraduate course for the proof that they have completed their bachelor’s degree.
5. Caste certificate from authorized officials if applying under the reserved categories as SC, ST or OBC.
6. Leaving certificates or transferring and migration certificates from the institution last attended to, to indicate that their education has been disrupted and to help move their records.
1. Eligibility criteria – A bachelor degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks and a valid score in the common entrance tests such as CAT/MAT/XAT.
2. Online Application Form – One can complete the application form which is provided online on the official website of the chosen institute and submit it with details and application fee.
3. Shortlisting - Based on the entrance scores and academic achievement candidate is selected for further rounds.
4. Group discussion – After selecting few candidates, they are put through a group discussion, and the evaluation criteria are communication.
5. Aptitude test and interest-attitude mapping – The next level consists of personal interviews where candidate’s aptitude, interests, and attitude are put into test.
6. Final admission – based upon the performance in aggregate of the examination, the final merit list is prepared and the admission is awarded.

1. Understand the course codes from 12th standard required in B.Sc program in ABVHV Bhopal & required passing percentage details.
2. Students can apply either online or offline before the admission date have to submit an application form along with fees. Attach necessary documents.
3. If you are on the list of shortlisted candidates, write the entrance test that the university gives if there is any.

1. Check eligibility criteria: Admission seekers must have cleared 12th standard in any field with minimum 50% score.
2. Apply online: Go to the official website of ABVHV and if you are a new user then first complete the registration process then fill the online application form provided before the last date. Pay fee online.
3. Appear for entrance test: In order to become a candidate for an Entrance Exam, qualifying candidates are required to write a test administered by the institute. It tests aptitude.
4. Check merit list: Entrance test is conducted and according to the marks obtained a provisional merit list is prepared. Verify name and marks.
5. Attend counselling: Those students who are selected for admission are offered counselling based on merit rank to join a specific specialization.
6. Complete admission: If you have sat for the exam, you should submit your documents to confirm the seat and make the admission fee to get enrolled for the BBA program.
