Atmiya Institute of Science and Technology (AIST) is a diploma studies division of Atmiya University in Rajkot Gujarat. It provides various three-year full-time diploma courses in various fields of engineering and technology. While the eligibility criteria is almost same across the board, the candidates belonging to civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics & communication, computer science, chemical and information technology stream, should have passed 10th standard with marks not below 45% aggregate. For admission, candidates can apply based on the marks secured in Gujarat Secondary Education Board exam or All India Secondary School Exam.
The diploma programmes conducted across nine departments of AIST Rajkot are Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture Assistance and Automobile Engineering. The entrance exams for admission to the 2024-2027 batch of all the diploma programs will be held on June 12-16, 2023. The online registration has commenced in December 2022. These include: Application form fill up, payment of fees, selection of examination centre, entrance examination, result check, choice filling up and admission. The academic session starts in the last week of July every year. The campus is well equipped and the faculty members are highly experienced in all the specified diploma courses.

1. Visit the official website of Atmiya University through the URL http://www.atmiyauni.ac.in.
2. On the main page, scroll down till you find the ‘Admissions’ tab, and click on the ‘Diploma Admissions’ link. This will open the admission portal, get your admission form, complete it and submit.
3. Select ‘New Registration’, enter all the basic information such as name, email address, mobile number and so on to obtain the login credentials.
4. You will receive an email with the one-time password (OTP) to make sure that the account is yours.
5. Sign in using your credentials that you registered with.
6. The online application form should be duly filled in providing all necessary information along with scanned copies of the documents.
7. Pay the application fee through online mode such as card payment, internet banking etc.
8. Take a printout of the completed application form and the payment receipt.
9. After completing the form, take a print out of the same and attach the necessary documents, which will have to be submitted at the institute’s office before the deadline.
10. Take institute level written admission test/interview wherever required and appear on fixed date and time.
