Atmiya University Rajkot is one of the private institute which provide the various Under Graduate and Post Graduate course in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy, Business management, Commerce, Computer application, Education, Arts. The eligibility criteria differ course to course - For BTech, students should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) and valid JEE Main/GUJCET score card; for BPharm, 12th pass in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is mandatory with 45% marks having SC/ST 40% and for MBA students having 50% marks ( From the previous qualifying exams acceptable are JEE Main, GATE, CAT, MAT, GUJCET among others depending on the program.
Some of the different courses that it provides include; BTech/MTech, BPharm/MPharm, BBA/BCom/BA/BEd/MA/BEd/MEd, in a variety of fields. Admission involves registration and completing the admission form online on the university admission site, and uploading documents, registering for the admission fee. Depending upon the eligibility, candidate undergoes a process and is selected for further rounds such as group discussion, personal interview, counseling before admission.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Photo identity proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport, Voter ID, or driving license to confirm the identity and age of the applicant.
2. It also requires 10th and 12th standard mark sheets and passing certificates to support the previous academic data and compliance with the requirements.
3. Transcripts for the degree if one is applying for a higher degree program such as masters or Ph.D to prove that the applicant meets the requirement of the course.
4. Documents for the SC/ST/OBC candidates to prove their eligibility for the reserved quota in order to avail the benefits.
5. Migration certificate for transfer from one institution to another for the students.
6. Health clearance from a recognized medical practitioner which has to include a physical fitness certificate and details of the medical history.

2. Online application –access the university’s website and complete the online application form which includes writing personal details and academic achievements as well as the application fee.
3. Entrance exam – Applicants will have to sit for the AUAT engineering entrance examination conducted by the Athlone University. The programme has questions based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
4. Check merit list - AUAT conducts the counselling sessions of the provisional merit list of candidates shortlisted for admission to the university.
5. Counselling – Visit the college for document verification and counselling schedule for choice filling to get admitted to B.Tech course and branch.
6. Admission amount payment and verification - Pay the admission amount in full to finalise the provisional admission and final admission.

2. Some documents which are asked to be uploaded are scanned copies of 10th and 12th mark sheets, photos, signature etc as the case maybe.
3. Complete the application fee payment online through net banking, credit card, or any other option available in the portal.
4. Complete the application form and other documents that may be needed and then download and print the final copies. Sign the form.
5. In addition to the completed application form, you are also required to submit the following documents through post/courier or by hand delivery at the university admission office before the stated date.

6. Click on the confirmation/acknowledgment page and save it for future use through printouts.
