Banda University of Agriculture and Technology abbreviated as BUAT is a state university which deals in agriculture and technology located at Banda, Uttar Pradesh, India. 1. The candidates should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized University in Science, Agriculture or Commerce stream with not less than 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in order to be admitted in undergraduate courses.
2. The admission process for postgraduate programmes require the candidate to have a 50% aggregate mark (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in the relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/institution.
3. There are direct admission through ICAR/University entrance test followed by counseling for UG agriculture/horticulture courses as per the university rules.
4. On the issue of relaxation in minimum eligibility for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD etc. as per GOI/State Government rule the following reservation and relaxation shall be provided.
