Bhupal Nobles University, Udaipur comprises of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Engineering, Management, Sciences, humanities. The eligibility of a candidate depends upon the department and course. For most of the B.Tech programs such as computer science, IT, Electronics and Communication Engineering, the requirements include passing 12th standard examination with mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or through the JEE Main scores. For BBA and MBA respectively, the candidate should have scored a 50% in their 12th standard or graduation exam or they should have appeared for exams such as CAT/MAT. For admission in BA and MA courses in subjects like English, Economics, candidates are needed to score 50% marks in the relevant discipline. The basic eligibility criterion for the BCA course is the completion of class 12 with Mathematics as one of the subjects. The accepted exams are – JEE Main for Engineering courses, CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/ NPAT/ CLAT for Management Courses.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, driving license, or passport which may be required for the identification of the person and their age.
2. Passing certificate and mark sheet of Class 10th from the board and date of birth proof for proving that candidate has passed high school.
3. The Class 12th certificate and mark sheet issued by the board as a legal affidavit to confirm the passing of higher secondary education.
4. 10th & 12th passing certificate & marks sheet, graduation degree certificate & consolidated mark sheet in case of applying for post graduate course.
5. The candidate is required to present his/her scorecard of the national or state level entrance test if the program has any.
6. Character certificate, Transfer certificate, Migration certificate from the last attended school for conducting their credential authenticity. Extra documents which are essential include: postal code of residence, proof of income of parents/guardian.
Bhupal Nobles University in Udaipur has several UG programs for its students in various fields of studies. The programs of BTech offered is in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical and Civil. Requirements are to complete class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Maths as subjects and must have secured more than 50% percentage in aggregate. There are three accepted exams including JEE Mains, MHT CET, and REAP.
The University offers the following under graduate programs with 50% in class 12th ; BA Economics, BA English, BA Psychology , BA Public Administration, and BA Sociology. BCom programs are also provided in the branches such as Accounting, Management, and Banking & Insurance. Eligibility is 50% in class 12th to pursue the course. They have exams in May 2024 as well. The admission process includes – registration, applying for the course/s of their choice, taking an entrance examination, going through the counseling session, documentation, and paying the fees.

The Economics department offers M.A. Economics with eligibility criterion for UGC NET, SET, CSIR NET or BNU’s own written test for the exams. The Physics department offers Masters of Science in Physics degree and the department has the following goals and objectives; Physics accepting the NET or BNU’s examination scores. M.Sc. UG and PG: Mathematics admits students on the basis of UGC NET, GATE or BNU entrance test scores. M.Sc. Chemistry accepts GATE score, CSIR-NET, UGC NET scores.

CBSE will send the question papers of the entrance exams for admissions starting in 2024 to the respective boards in May-June 2024. Applications for scholarships open in March 2024. Selection criteria include test such as NET, GATE of the candidate, the BNU entrance test, the academic record and the interview conducted by the university.

3. Upload documents – Tenth, twelfth standard mark sheets, if applicable reserved category certificate, passport size photographs.
4. PROVISIONAL MERIT LIST – The University releases the provisional merit list often based on the percentage in the 12th standard.
5. Document Verification & Counseling – Visit the Counseling Centre as per the merit rank that has been assigned to you. Select course and college.
6. Admission – If documents are verifiable, then submit admission charges for confirmation of one’s admission and registration.

2. On the homepage, the button ‘apply online’ in the ‘apply’ section has to be clicked on and one has to register by filling in the necessary information.
3. Enter your registration details, apply for the B.Ed program, and submit the documents required.
4. Bank, credit card or debit card and net banking options are available to make the payment of the application fee online.
5. Upload your completed application form with the transaction details and download and/or print another copy of the application.
6. Make photocopy of all the documents required to attach with the application form and send the printed application form and documents to the university address on or before the said date.

1. Check the requirements that include qualifying exam scores and subjects taken amongst others to meet the requirements of the desired B.Sc program.
2. Pick up forms online through the university portal or collect hard copies during the given period mostly in May or June in a year.
3. Hand over the completed form along with the documents required like 10+2 marks card, school leaving/transfer certificate, photo I card, photographs.
4. In case the candidate is selected through the merit list then he/she should attend the counseling session on the date and at the rank mentioned in the merit list.
5. Choose course or specialization according to merit list rank or availability or preference. Pay admission fee.
6. Finalisation of all document check and other official admission procedures within the stipulated time after the seat has been alloted.
